GADGETS4UK ENTERPRISES LTD is looking for a talented Web Designer to design, update and maintain websites for both clients and internal use.
You’ll work closely with other team members to create visually engaging, responsive and user-friendly websites while ensuring that content, functionality and design elements meet the required standards.
From initial design and content publishing through testing, launch and ongoing maintenance, you’ll play an important role in keeping the company’s websites fast, accessible, consistent and effective.

Design & Content
- Design and update websites for clients and internal use
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts
- Maintain consistent branding across website design elements
- Write, edit and publish website content

Testing & Maintenance
- Test website functionality before launch

We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our Brighton shop and coordinate our retail and repair teams.
You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, organising staff, monitoring performance, managing stock, overseeing pricing and displays, and ensuring the shop operates efficiently.
The role requires strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills, with responsibility for ensuring that the team, store environment and operational processes consistently meet company standards.
Responsibilities
Shop Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the shop and repair department.
- Organise and distribute staff schedules according to operational requirements.
- Ensure the shop is organised, clean and maintained to company standards.
- Ensure products are clean, organised and ready for display.
- Maintain shop displays and ensure presentation remains consistent with company standards.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are maintained throughout the shop.
Team Management
- Manage and supervise retail and repair staff.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop team members.
- Organise workloads and allocate responsibilities across the team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and direction.

- Monitor product pricing and ensure pricing is correctly implemented.
- Ensure promotions are accurately displayed and aligned with company standards.
- Monitor local market activity and identify relevant market trends.
- Monitor local competitors and report relevant changes to management.
Inventory & Stock
- Maintain accurate shop inventory and stock levels.
- Monitor product availability and identify stock requirements.
- Ensure products are properly organised and prepared for display.
- Monitor stock movement and highlight discrepancies or operational issues.
Store Standards
- Maintain company standards across the entire shop.
- Ensure displays and store presentation remain consistent with company expectations.
- Maintain appropriate health and safety measures.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Requirements
Management Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory, management or team-lead role.
- Experience managing staff and coordinating day-to-day operations.
